“PERSONNEL CLAIMS”

Personnel claims arise from damage to personal property incident to service. Such claims include damage to household goods when shipped pursuant to a government-sponsored move, and claims for some damages or losses to personal property sustained incident to service.

As of June 2017, this office no longer assists Claimants with their Personnel Claims. The Army has consolidated its personnel claims operation in the Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS) located at Fort Knox. Claims may be filed online through PClaims.
