AMCOM CORROSION PROGRAM OFFICE
MISSION: The AMCOM Corrosion Program Office (CPO) serves as a vital strategic enabler, empowering leadership to proactively mitigate the operational and financial impacts of corrosion across Army aviation and missile systems. By shifting the paradigm from reactive maintenance to proactive, preventive measures, the CPO delivers comprehensive corrosion prevention and control (CPC) alongside advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) support. Serving the warfighter from 'Cradle to Grave,' the CPO directly enhances readiness, reduces maintenance burdens, and ensures safety. Through high-fidelity, actionable corrosion surveys, the CPO equips the Army Corrosion Control and Prevention Executive (ACCPE) with the critical insights necessary to drive product improvements and execute organization-wide mitigation strategies.
