AMCOM missile maintenance officer, El Paso native promoted to prestigious rank

REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. - U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Commanding General Maj. Gen. Todd Royar re-administers the oath of office to Chief Warrant Officer 5 Araceli Rial, AMCOM missile maintenance officer, during a promotion ceremony at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., Feb. 17. Rial is the second female to earn this rank in the Air Defense Artillery Branch but the first in her military occupational specialty.
